DISOLUCIÓN / La sucesión de espacios crea una travesía sensorial desde el pueblo a la sierra, produciéndose una secuencia ritual en la que se van desarrollando los diferentes espacios, hasta llegar a la zona expositiva principal de la creación artística de Santiago Ydañez. Esta zona representa el corazón del edificio y dialoga directamente con la naturaleza ordenada de la Sierra de Segura. Aquí el espacio se manifiesta con una ventana vertical que otorga de significado espiritual al paisaje del olivar, que se manifiesta en un espacio controlado dotándolo de una gran intimidad y esencialidad, potenciada por la sencillez espacial. Como síntesis, la propuesta construye un límite que intenta disolver las barreras entre el hombre y la naturaleza, lo urbano y el paisaje, lo clásico y lo romántico, lo ordenado y lo construido, el arte y la tierra, como si fuera el haz y envés de una hoja. Una propuesta de incluir en la ciudad el olivar, a través del arte –la obra de Santiago Ydañez-.

DISOLUTION / The succession of spaces creates a sensorial journey from the village to the mountains, producing a ritual sequence in which the different spaces are developed until reaching the main exhibition area of Santiago Ydañez’s artistic creation. This area represents the heart of the building and dialogues directly with the ordered nature of the Sierra de Segura. Here the space manifests itself with a vertical window that gives spiritual meaning to the landscape of the olive grove, which manifests itself in a controlled space endowing it with great intimacy and essentiality, enhanced by spatial simplicity. As a synthesis, the proposal builds a limit that attempts to dissolve the barriers between man and nature, the urban and the landscape, the classic and the romantic, the ordered and the built, art and earth, as if it were the front and back of a leaf.
