BURLADERO / El salón-estar de la vivienda se protege con un “burladero” del ruido, humo, vistas, etc, de la Avenida de Andalucía, calle a la que da el solar. Este “burladero” mide 1,70 m. de altura y, junto con el lucernario que se abre en fachada, facilita la relación con el cielo, las nubes, el sol y el horizonte lejano, dotando a la vivienda de luz natural, silencio y protección.
